Death Penalty Sought For Man Accused Of Sword Murders
Prosecutors in Seminole County have decided to seek the death penalty for a man charged with killing his wife and young son with a sword.
Franklyn Duzant faces two counts of 1st-degree murder.
Investigators said Duzant decapitated Evangeline Duzant, in their home, near Lake Mary, on June 16 and then chased down his son, 11-year-old Nico Duzant, into a neighbor's yard and slashed him to death.
